What Happens Next?

A guide to the way I tend to work

After our initial telephone discovery call, where we'll determine the best sleep coaching package for you, you'll receive a consultation form via email. Additionally, you'll be asked to track your little one's sleep patterns by keeping a 5-7 day sleep diary, so we can get a clear picture of their current sleep schedule and duration.


Once I receive your completed sleep diary and consultation form, we’ll schedule our first video session, typically lasting around 90 minutes. During this session, we’ll explore the sleep challenges you’re facing and discuss what we believe the root causes to be. This will help us gain a deeper understanding of the factors contributing to the issue and ensure we tackle them effectively in the personalised plan I create for you. Together, we’ll define your sleep goals and explore the best options to meet your family's needs. 


You'll then receive your personal sleep coaching plan document, via email, outlining what we have discussed on the call. 


Follow up support is crucial to the success of your sleep programme. I will be checking in with you to address any concerns, give the much needed reassurance and encouragement us parents all need at times and make adjustments to the plan if necessary.
